Italian restaurant care

The food of Spain is as varied as the country, but generally it is tasty, substantial and lacking in vegetables. Almost any bar in Spain, as well as hotels and restaurants will sell food, and in bars it usually comes in four varieties, Tapas, Raciones, Plato's de combinacion and Menu del Dias. a good Italian restaurant will have a wine list of almost all Italian wines that you want. The list reads like a who's who of Italian wineries. Do not even think to ask the waiter for a mixed drink as the most likely to cover. Oh and by the way, the waiters are all Italians.
